From Precision Measurements to Factory Tooling

We want to take you behind the scenes of how the Sanvive S1 is moving from prototype to final product. Our focus over the last few weeks has been a rigorous cycle of measuring, refining, and manufacturing.

Precision Measurement & Testing Every millimeter and degree matters. We have been strictly measuring our custom 90g plant-fiber capsules with calipers to ensure they fit perfectly into the machine's dispensing chamber. Simultaneously, our engineering team has been running continuous thermal tests on our workbenches. Using digital thermometers, we are calibrating the internal heating matrix to ensure it hits our exact 45℃, 55℃, and 65℃ settings flawlessly on every use.

Refining the Experience Based on these precise measurements, we made micro-adjustments to the towel compression density and the water flow rate. Testing the fully expanded towel in hand allowed us to confirm the superior plushness, size, and heat retention before locking in the final design parameters.

Factory Tooling & Production With the measurements perfected and the prototypes optimized, we have officially moved to the hardware phase. Our manufacturing facility is currently full steam ahead. Injection molding and tooling processes are actively underway on the factory floor, laying the precise groundwork for mass production.
