FAQs
How warm does the towel get? Can I choose the temperature?
Sanvive heats up in just 5–7 seconds. You can select from three precise temperatures — 45°C (113°F), 55°C (131°F), or 65°C (149°F). The microfluidic sensor ensures every towel is evenly moist and perfectly warm, so you get exactly the comfort level you want with one touch.
Is the product safe?
Yes. The Sanvive Towel Warmer complies with CE (EU safety and health requirements), FCC (U.S. electromagnetic interference standards), RoHS and Lead Free (hazardous substance restriction with lead content ≤0.1%), ISO 9001 (internationally certified quality management), and UKAS (an accredited certification body). These marks ensure that your device is electrically safe and reliable for daily use.
Do the compressed towels have any smell?
No. Sanvive's compressed towels are made from 100% natural plant materials and contain no additives or odors.
Can I use regular compression towels from other brands?
No. Our compressed towels are specifically engineered with precise dimensions and thicknesses. Using third-party towels may cause malfunctions or safety risks, and any machine damage caused by non-Sanvive towels will void the 2-year warranty. We strongly recommend using our proprietary towels—and with our Value Bundle, the cost drops to as low as just 16 cents per towel.
What is the warranty period?
We offer a 24‑month “replacement‑only, no‑repair” warranty, starting from the date you receive the product.
What does the warranty cover?
Within 24 months of receipt, we will replace the unit free of charge for any manufacturing defects (not caused by misuse). We do not offer repairs – only replacements.
Can I add essential oil to the water reservoir?
No. Only room‑temperature water should be used. Do not add essential oils, red wine, honey, or any other liquids – they can damage the machine and void the warranty.
Is the product environmentally friendly? Are the towels recyclable?
Yes. The Sanvive Towel Warmer is designed with energy efficiency in mind, and the disposable towels are made from 100% biodegradable materials. 92–95% degradation in compost within 4 weeks, and 95% in soil within 12 weeks. Completely biodegrades in soil in just 45 days, and fully disintegrates in home compost within 6 weeks. Certified with "OK biodegradable MARINE" — over 90% degradation in marine environments within 6 months. Naturally soft. Naturally gone. They are naturally soft, highly absorbent, and return to nature without leaving harmful residues. Where local recycling facilities exist, the towels can also be recycled. So you can enjoy a premium experience while being kind to the planet

You are very welcome! Please send your company information to [business@sanvive.com]. Our team will review it and get back to you with the specific requirements and cooperation details.
Is the machine hygienic? How do I clean it?
Yes. The patented inverted U-shaped drainage design ensures zero water stagnation, preventing mold and odor buildup. The zero-buildup spout and food-grade antibacterial interior keep every capsule pristine. Cleaning is simple — just wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth. No complex maintenance required.
Do I have to pay taxes or customs duties?
Taxes and customs duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are not included in the product price and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Does the machine come in other colors?
Currently, Sanvive is available in a refined matte silver finish. We chose this neutral tone to complement any modern bathroom or countertop. We are exploring additional color options for future releases — stay tuned.
What is the waterproof rating of the machine?
Sanvive is rated IPX3, meaning it is protected against spraying water at angles up to 60°. It’s designed to sit safely on your bathroom countertop, even in a damp environment. However, do not immerse it in water or rinse it directly under a tap. For daily cleaning, simply wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth.
